After acquiring the product of another company, a major food manufacturer needed to relocate the production equipment from the seller’s facility. However, both companies lacked the capacity required to execute the project as agreed upon per their contract.
Foth was requested to take on the turnkey project, which included as-builting the equipment prior to removal, wall demolition, equipment disconnect and removal, skidding and crating, and trucking and offloading. The demolition and equipment removal was coordinated around production using temporary walls and weekend, off-shift scheduling.
Foth was able to safely remove the client’s equipment in a timely manner without impacting the seller’s production schedule.
