Foth has announced its acquisition of Olsen Associates, Inc., a coastal engineering firm based in Jacksonville, Fla. This strategic acquisition will combine the strengths of both firms to provide unparalleled service offerings, enhance growth opportunities, and expand geographic reach.
Olsen’s experience over the last 42 years with coastal modeling, beach and inlet management, sediment transport, environmental permitting, and coastal resiliency in the southeast United States, Caribbean, Mexico, Central America, Pacific and Indian Ocean is a complement to Foth’s strong presence in the United States’ northeast, west and central/fresh coastal regions.
The acquisition will provide Olsen’s existing clients with a broader range of services, addressing the increasing demand for integrated, multi-disciplinary expertise. By leveraging Foth’s extensive experience with complex science and engineering projects, deep bench of knowledgeable employee-members, and vast network of contractors, we can deliver more comprehensive solutions, specifically in the areas of waterfront and marine infrastructure.
