Titan CEO and headline sponsor Wipfli LLP have announced Foth’s CEO Randy Homel as a 2024 Wisconsin Titan 100. The Titan 100 program recognizes Wisconsin’s Top 100 CEOs and c-level executives. They are the state’s most accomplished business leaders in their industry using criteria that includes demonstrating exceptional leadership, vision, and passion. Collectively, the 2024 Wisconsin Titan 100 and their companies employ more than 148,000 individuals and generate $76.4 billion dollars in annual revenue.
“The Titan 100 are visionary leaders that inspire the Wisconsin business community. These preeminent leaders have built a distinguished reputation that is unrivaled and preeminent in their field. We are humbled to recognize the Titan 100 for their efforts to shape the future of the Wisconsin business community” said Jaime Zawmon, president of Titan CEO.
Homel began his career at Foth as a mechanical engineering intern in 1979. Over the next several decades, his roles would expand to include engineer, project manager, client team leader, business unit leader, chief operating officer, and for the past 10 years, CEO and board chair. Homel is responsible for driving both organic and acquisition-based business growth at Foth. His leadership has helped the company achieve over 60% growth while maintaining an impressive member retention rate of over 92%.
Homel’s 44-year journey at Foth, from an intern to the CEO, showcases the power of dedication, continuous learning, and visionary leadership. His story exemplifies the entrepreneurial spirit within the context of a long-term commitment to a single organization, resulting in substantial growth, industry recognition, and a legacy of success.
“First of all, nothing was due to me alone. Foth was founded and grown by people with shared values, a deep passion for their work, and a client-centered focus. That’s been the foundation for more than 85 years,” said Homel. “But with a renewed purpose of solving our clients’ toughest science and engineering challenges, we not only build enduring client partnerships, but also create bright futures for our employee-members. And we aren’t finished. I’m honored to lead this group of exceptional professionals into our next era of growth.”
Homel will be honored at the annual Titan 100 awards celebration on January 18, 2024, at Fiserv Forum, home of the Milwaukee Bucks. This unique awards event will gather 100 Titans of Industry and their guests for an evening unlike anything that exists in the Wisconsin business community.
“On behalf of all the partners and associates at Wipfli we congratulate all the Titan100 winners. It’s an honor to recognize this diverse group of leaders in Wisconsin. We appreciate the lasting impact each leader has made, and continues to make, in building organizations of significance both here in Wisconsin and abroad. Your ingenuity and creativity have set you apart, and the honor of being seen as an industry Titan is richly deserved,” said Gina Skibo, partner at Wipfli.
