Leadership Transitions Enhance Solutions for the Food and Beverage Market

We are thrilled to announce an exciting leadership transition at Foth.

Brandon Ebent, P.E., has been appointed as food and beverage market segment team leader, effective February 1, 2025. With nearly 30 years of experience in structural engineering, resourcing and operations, project and contract management, and account management, Brandon brings extensive experience and a proven track record of success in leading cross-discipline teams through complex capital improvement projects.

With a focus on delivering results for an array of top consumer product companies, Brandon has consistently demonstrated a unique ability to simultaneously build relationships while driving projects to successful completion. His leadership, expertise, and vision will be invaluable as we continue to innovate and expand our offerings to solve the unmet needs of our food and beverage clients.

“I am passionate about developing strong teams that deliver innovative solutions to solve client business challenges. In this industry, shifts in consumer demand, material availability, and technology, among other factors, require consumer brands to evolve their products, facilities, and processes to stay ahead. Those are the business challenges we excel at solving, and I’m looking to building on the strong foundation that’s been laid.”

Concurrent with Brandon’s appointment, we welcome Rick King to the role of client development director. During his 38-year career, and 23 years at Foth, Rick has helped top manufacturers and employee-members reach new milestones. As project manager, account manager, and leader of the food and beverage market segment, Rick fostered significant growth and a team-oriented environment that encouraged creativity, innovation, and excellence.

In his new role, Rick will focus on building relationships with consumer brands in the food and beverage markets, connecting them to the science and engineering solutions they need to achieve a competitive advantage.

Please join us in welcoming Brandon and Rick to their new roles and supporting them as they lead us to new heights in this dynamic industry.

“What I’ve enjoyed most throughout my career are those initial moments of collaboration when our client presents a complex challenge, and we work together to peel back the layers to discover the best solution. That moment when it all comes into alignment is like hitting the jackpot. I look forward to building new trusted partnerships so that we can continue solving the toughest challenges.”
